Do you work with foster adoptions?

We passionately support families that are fostering and pursuing foster to adopt. Because the costs of those types of adoption are typically low there is not a large financial need that makes crowdfunding necessary. Our hope is that as we share stories demonstrating the power of adoption that interest in all types of adoption grows.

Crowdfunding is a simple idea. Individuals help reach big goals by donating small amounts. When it comes to adoption, it takes a village, and crowdfunding is a powerful way to bring children home to forever families.

No. While we work closely with adoption agencies, we are a crowdfunding platform that steps in to help families after they have started the adoption process.

Why do adoption costs vary so much per family?

Every adoption is different and there are multiple types and approaches to adoption. We encourage each of our families to pursue the adoption path that best suits their circumstances and the type of adoption that they feel God is calling them to.

What are adoption expenses?

While each adoption is unique and needs can vary, your donation is used to help the family pay for adoption expenses such as:

  • Adoption agency fees
  • Legal fees and background checks required by state law
  • Home study
  • Travel expenses to receive child (if out-of-state or international)

How does this work?

You make a tax-deductible donation to NGO to benefit one of the featured families. That family then submits their adoption expenses to NGO and receives grants (that your donation makes possible) to offset their adoption expenses.

Yes, NGO is registered and approved with the IRS as a 501(c)3. (EIN: 81-0961676)
